FELLOWSHIP AND SERVICE
Thrift (and Gift) Shop:
- Located in the lower level of the Education Building, the Thrift Shop is open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
- Enter through the double doors in the back of the building under the sign “Thrift Shop”.
- Volunteers are needed to sort through, launder, price, tag, and display donated items.
- All Thrift Shop proceeds are restricted to funding the Catholic education of our Parish children.

Ministry with Persons with Disabilities:
- To assist persons with supportive care needs to experience the fullness of the Faith.

Volunteers to the Sick and the Homebound:
- Parishioners helping people in need by providing transportation or assistance with daily living activities.

Bereavement Ministry:
- Continued support for parishioners, and / or their families after a death has occurred.
- Contact Bonnie Miller in the Parish Office at 717.637.4625.
Hanover Hall Mass Team:
- Our Parish celebrated Mass with the residents of Hanover Hall Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center on the First Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m.
- Volunteers assist the residents from their rooms to common room, help them with the Mass programs and singing, and assist the residents in returning to their rooms after Mass.

Saint Vincent de Paul Society:
- Inspired women and men join together to grow spiritually by offering person-to-person service to those who are in need and suffering in the tradition of Blessed Frederic Ozanam, and our Parish patron, St. Vincent de Paul.
- Established and maintains a Food Pantry to assist those in need.

Parish Council of Catholic Women:
- 2nd Tuesdays, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The membership of this Council is comprised of all women in the Parish.
- The Mission of the Council is to support, empower, and educate all women in spirituality, leadership and service.

Knights of Columbus Council #14865:
- 1st Tuesdays (program meeting), 2nd Tuesday (business meeting), 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- The Knights of Columbus is an international Catholic fraternal service organization.
- Membership is open to all men of the parish over the age of 18.
- Members put our faith into action with acts of charity, unity and fraternity to strengthen our parish, community, and beyond.

- Manna Bags:
- Each November, Knights of Columbus Council #14865 provide Manna Bags for parishioners to fill with non-perishable foods. These bags are collected and given to local Food Pantries.

Cub Scout Pack #108:
- 1st & 3rd Tuesdays 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Church Hall during the school year.
- Saint Vincent sponsors Scouting for boys in kindergarten through the fifth grade. Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting—citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness.
- Many of the activities happen right in the den and pack. Apart from the fun and excitement of Cub Scout activities, the Cub Scout Promise, the Law of the Pack, and the Cub Scout sign, handshake, motto, and salute all teach good citizenship and contribute to a boy's sense of belonging.

- Our Cub Pack hosts the Parish Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday and the Parish Trunk or Treat in October.
Health Equipment Loan Locker:
- Provides medical equipment on a loan basis and medical supplies, i.e., incontinence pads, to be distributed free of charge.

Parish Gardening Group:
- Green thumbs not necessary, just a love for keeping the Parish grounds and flower beds weed-free beautiful.
- Planting and mulching are accomplished during the appropriate seasons.

Sanctuary Decoration:
- Volunteers assist with decorating the Sanctuary and the Church for festive celebrations, including Easter and Christmas.

Holy Laundry:
- Parishioners assist with washing and/or ironing of altar linens, albs, cassocks and surplices.
