Mental Health Ministry: An Open Invitation

The St. Joseph Mental Health Ministry seeks to provide a safe space for individuals experiencing anxiety, childhood trauma, depression, ordinary stress from our daily lives and grief. An environment where one can share as much as they feel comfortable sharing. A place of acceptance and support, direction to needed resources, speaker events, and with prayer, a path to emotional and mental wellbeing.

Will you join us? Meetings are held at St. Vincent’s Gym Library in English on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, and in Spanish, the 2nd Thursday of each month from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm. All are welcome!
